Refund and Cancellation Policy

At https://ekdhyeya.org, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding any purchases made on our website.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Order  Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within      24 hours of placing the order or within 50% of the online classes for a      specific chapter. Example, if you have bought the product for the chapter of Quadratic Equations for Class X and the chapter will have 21 classes, then      you must request a cancellation within 11 classes and not beyond that. 
• How      to Cancel: To cancel your order, email us at amit@ekdhyeya.org or send us a WhatsApp message on +91-9319160904. Please do specify the payment reference number and your reason for seeking a refund. Your reason for seeking a refund must meet the refund criteria laid out in the refund policy.  Note that CC Avenue payment gateway credits paid amounts to merchants in a      fixed payment cycle window, hence your refund will be processed only when merchant receives the amount from CC Avenue in the next valid payment cycle. Please expect a maximum time period of 14 working days for refund      to be credited back to your account. While seeking a refund, please specify your payment options.
  • A valid UPI enabled mobile number with the name that would show up for the UPI payment. We will not proceed with the payment in-case the name on the UPI platform, mismatches with the name provided by you.
  • A valid bank account with A/C number, Bank Name, IFSC code and Name of the beneficiary
• Non-Refundable      Products: Once a student has attended more than 50% of the online  classes and not raised any concerns, the fee for that chapter/product will  not be refunded. Example, if you have bought the product for the chapter of Quadratic Equations for Class X and the chapter will have 21 classes, then      you must request a cancellation within 11 classes and not beyond that. 

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility      for Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a      refund under the following conditions:
• The      refund request must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of purchase      if there are any change of plans.

3. Exceptions

• Non-Refundable      Items: Fee is non-refundable when:
  • Absent:       When you pay the fee and don’t attend for the initial 50% of the classes
  • Attend       > 50% of the classes for a chapter but don’t raise any concerns
  • When       the network issues for online classes are at your end and there are no       network/connectivity/device related challenges at the end of https://ekdhyeya.org 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• If      you haven't received a refund after the specified processing time, please      first check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

• We      reserve the right to update or change this refund and cancellation policy      at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised date      will be noted at the bottom.
